If you need electricity for construction machinery, for a weekend house or a boat, or you want to water the garden or pump water out from ponds, HERON generators and HERON pumps make it possible with appropriate power, reliability and ease. The "soul" of these devices is the HERON engine, which is used throughout the world in different versions, often under extremely difficult conditions.

Production - HERON generators and pumps are manufactured in modern facilities for the production of industrial combustion engines, power from 1 to 300 kW. They are not only used in the generators, spare power sources and pumps, but also in snow graders, tractors and other machines.

Quality - The production takes place in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001 quality standards and standards for environmental protection ISO 14001. In addition, machines are subjected to controls in accordance with the regulations of the European Union CE and the United States. All HERON products are checked several times during production, starting with the quality of the basic raw materials, through the parts that are being used, until the final testing by controlling functionality.

Industrial generators - HERON generators are versatile, can be used occasionally and temporarily, but also daily in the industrial sector.

HERON technology - One of the most important characteristics of the HERON generator is, that even at rated load does not work at the edge of its maximum, but they fully meet the specific technical parameters. HERON generators are reliable and already have such modern technological solutions even with their standard equipment, that are usually available only as an accessory for higher prices.

Most HERON industrial generators are equipped with a system for compensating for voltage AVR (Automatic Voltage Regulation), but thanks to the quality of the output voltage board max. to ± 5%, can be used to power electronic devices.

HERON generators with frame above 2KVA are equipped with a digital counter of working hours, which simplifies the determination of the terms of periodic maintenance.

All generators are equipped with a system for automatic control of the oil level, which in case of low oil level, turns the engine off, thus prevent its failure, but does not replace the oil level checkup before starting the engine.

Construction - Electricity generators with a frame are equipped with a synchronous generator with a high-quality coil, which is resistant to thermal shock in case of dynamic loads.The massive frame protects the device from damage and makes its transport easier. Construction under the conditions of ISO 8528-8, does not demand grounding. The producer provides the electrical safety of the generator. Protection against accidental contact should be provided according to the guidelines of the applicable standards.

Usage - Single-phase and three-phase HERON generators of industrial series are ideal source of stable voltage during construction works, works on terrain, mobile service units, but also in weekend houses during holidays, in gardens, etc. Thanks to the voltage regulation system, they are suitable for electric power supply, for heaters and lights, and some types of welding machines. They can also be used as reliable backup power sources.

Gasoline pumps - HERON gasoline pumps represent the ideal solution for watering gardens and fertile land, transportation of large quantities of water, eg. swimming pools, ponds, fire reservoirs, etc.

Sludge pumps - HERON sludge pumps are used for transportation of sludgy water even with solid pieces, and can be used for the transportation of water out of ditches, cesspools, canals or water-flooded spaces. Our offer of HERON pumps will satisfy even the most demanding clients.

Construction and equipment - HERON pumps are produced with four-stroke engines with HERON transistor, with contactless ignition. The compact design is high-strength light-alloy, there is no need for the application of conveyor belts or chains, so their reliability is higher and maintenance is easier. Each pump has an oil level sensor, which at low oil level, stops the engine. The shaft has a quality seal of a ceramic silicone covered sliding ring. Suction basket protects the pump from excessive hard particles and protects the pump from clogging. HERON sludge pumps - thanks to their robust design and solid double-layer pipe - are very well protected from mechanical damage. The extremely powerful engine makes the transportation of dirty water possible, even if containing solid parts up to max. 30 mm diameter. The standard handles and wheels allow easy maneuvering even on a difficult terrain.
